Osnabrück Social Court

The Social Court Osnabrück is a court of social justice . It is one of eight social courts in Lower Saxony and is based in Osnabrück .

Courthouse

The court is housed in a building on Hakenstrasse .

Judicial district

The judicial district includes the city of Osnabrück as well as the districts of Emsland , Grafschaft Bentheim and Osnabrück . The judicial district thus has nearly a million court residents .

Superior courts

The State Social Court of Lower Saxony-Bremen with its seat in Celle is superordinate to the Osnabrück Social Court. This is subordinate to the Federal Social Court in Kassel .
