The Stade Administrative Court is one of seven administrative courts in the state of Lower Saxony in Germany . It is based at Am Sande 4a in Stade .

Judicial district

The judicial district includes the districts of Cuxhaven , Osterholz , Rotenburg (Wümme) , Stade and Verden . In addition, the Stade Administrative Court for the municipality-free and district-free area of ​​the coastal waters including the Elbe and the communal and district-free areas enclosed or adjacent to it is limited in the west by the eastern border with the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (exclave Neuwerk / Scharhörn ). The judicial district thus has over 800,000 court residents .
