Thuringian State Labor Court
The Thuringian State Labor Court is a court of labor jurisdiction and the State Labor Court (LAG) of the Free State of Thuringia .
Seat and District of the Court
The seat of the court is the state capital Erfurt . The judicial district extends to the entire state with almost 2.3 million inhabitants.
Courthouse
The court has been housed in the Erfurt Justice Center at Rudolfstrasse 46 since 2001 . The Erfurt Justice Center was built in 1999 by converting a production building belonging to the former office machine manufacturer Optima .
Superordinate and subordinate courts
The Federal Labor Court, which is also located in Erfurt, is superordinate to the Thuringian State Labor Court. The labor courts of Erfurt , Gera , Nordhausen and Suhl are subordinate .
