Labor Court Gera

The Gera Labor Court , a labor court system , is one of the four labor courts in Thuringia . On January 1, 2014, it was merged with the Jena Labor Court based in Gera.

Seat and District of the Court

The court is based in Gera in the Gera Justice Center at Rudolf-Diener-Strasse 1 , where the local, regional and administrative courts are also located.

The Labor Court Gera with its Acting Director Sabine Bennewitz is locally litigation from the city of Gera , the Altenburger Land , the district Greiz and Saale-Orla responsible. The factual jurisdiction results from the Labor Court Act .

Superior courts

The Thuringian Regional Labor Court and the Federal Labor Court are superordinate to the Gera labor court .
