Labor court in Nordhausen

The Nordhausen Labor Court , a labor court , is one of the six labor courts in the Free State of Thuringia .

Seat and District of the Court

The Nordhausen Labor Court is locally responsible for legal disputes from the Nordhausen district , the Kyffhäuserkreis , the Eichsfeld district and the Unstrut-Hainich district . The factual jurisdiction results from the Labor Court Act . The director of the court is Stefan Marx (2010).

The court has its seat in Nordhausen at Käthe-Kollwitz-Straße 1b, a building from the Wilhelminian era , which is opposite the Nordhausen Theater and which previously housed the state study seminar for teaching at primary schools. From 2002 to 2009, the member of the Bundestag Jens Petermann (non-party member of the Left Party ) worked as a judge there.

Superior courts

The Thuringian Regional Labor Court and the Federal Labor Court are superordinate to the Nordhausen Labor Court.
