Regional Labor Court of Cologne
The Regional Labor Court of Cologne is a court of the labor courts . Alongside the Hamm Regional Labor Court and the Düsseldorf Regional Labor Court, it is one of three regional labor courts (LAG) and the youngest in the state of North Rhine-Westphalia . He has twelve chambers .
Seat and District of the Court
The seat of the court is the independent city of Cologne . The judicial district extends to the territory of the administrative district of Cologne . The court is located at Blumenthalstrasse 33.
history
A trade court , the forerunner of today's labor court, had existed in Cologne since 1811. The Cologne regional labor court was established in 1982.
Superordinate and subordinate courts
The Federal Labor Court is superordinate to the LAG Cologne . The labor courts of Aachen , Bonn , Cologne and Siegburg are subordinate .
The Labor Court Aachen holds in Düren and Heinsberg , the Labor Court Bonn in Euskirchen and the Labor Court Siegburg in Gummersbach court days off.

Jürgen vom Stein has been President of the Cologne Regional Labor Court since January 1, 2010 . He is the successor to Udo Isenhardt , who retired at the end of April 2009.
