The Labor Court Bochum , a court of labor courts , is one of the thirty NRW labor courts . Five chambers are formed with him .

Seat and District of the Court

The court has its seat in Bochum in the justice center at Josef-Neuberger-Straße 1. The state authorities of the previous location at Marienplatz 2 (until October 23, 2017) were acquired by the city of Bochum.

The Bochum Labor Court is locally responsible for legal disputes from the cities of Bochum and Witten . The factual jurisdiction results from the Labor Court Act .

Superior courts

The Hamm Regional Labor Court and the Federal Labor Court are superordinate to the Bochum Labor Court.
