Labor court Bocholt

The Labor Court Bocholt , a court of labor courts , is one of the thirty NRW labor courts . It has four chambers .

Seat and District of the Court

The court has its seat in Bocholt at Benölkenplatz 2 .

The labor court is locally responsible for legal disputes from the district of Borken and the district of Coesfeld . It holds court days in Ahaus and Coesfeld . The factual jurisdiction results from the Labor Court Act .

Superior courts

The Hamm Regional Labor Court and the Federal Labor Court are superordinate to the court.
