Wuppertal Labor Court

The Labor Court Wuppertal , a court of labor courts , is one of the thirty NRW labor courts . It has seven chambers .

Seat and District of the Court

The court has its seat in Wuppertal in the street Eiland 2 .

The Wuppertal Labor Court is locally responsible for legal disputes from Wuppertal , Remscheid , Heiligenhaus , Hückeswagen , Radevormwald , Velbert and Wülfrath . A foreign court day for Velbert is held in Velbert. The factual jurisdiction results from the Labor Court Act .

Superior courts

The Düsseldorf Regional Labor Court and, in the further course of action, the Federal Labor Court are superordinate to the Wuppertal Labor Court.
