The Labor Court Wesel , a court of labor courts , is one of the thirty NRW labor courts . It has six chambers .

Seat and District of the Court

The court has its seat in Wesel at Ritterstrasse 1.

The Wesel Labor Court is locally responsible for legal disputes from the Wesel and Kleve districts . It holds court days in Kleve and Moers . The factual jurisdiction results from the Labor Court Act .

Superior courts

The Düsseldorf Regional Labor Court and, in the further course of action, the Federal Labor Court are superordinate to the Wesel Labor Court.
