Cologne Labor Court

The Labor Court of Cologne , a court of labor jurisdiction , is one of the thirty labor courts in North Rhine-Westphalia . It has 19 chambers .

Seat and District of the Court

The court has its seat in Cologne at Blumenthalstrasse 33 in the same building as the Cologne Regional Labor Court.

The Cologne Labor Court is locally responsible for legal disputes from the city of Cologne , from the Rhein-Erft district the cities and communities of Bedburg , Bergheim , Brühl , Elsdorf , Erftstadt , Frechen , Hürth , Kerpen , Pulheim and Wesseling and from the Rheinisch-Bergischen- District the cities and communities Bergisch Gladbach , Kürten , Odenthal , Overath and Rösrath . The factual jurisdiction results from the Labor Court Act .

Superior courts

The Cologne Regional Labor Court and the Federal Labor Court are superordinate to the Cologne Labor Court.
