Krefeld Labor Court

The Labor Court Krefeld , a court of labor courts , is one of 30 North Rhine-Westphalia labor courts . Five chambers are formed with him .

Seat and District of the Court

The court has its seat in Krefeld at Preußenring 49.

The Krefeld Labor Court is locally responsible for legal disputes from the city of Krefeld and the district of Viersen . The factual jurisdiction results from the Labor Court Act .

Superior courts

The Düsseldorf Regional Labor Court and, in the further course of action, the Federal Labor Court are superordinate to the Krefeld Labor Court.
