Labor Court Düsseldorf

The Labor Court Dusseldorf , a court of labor courts , is one of the thirty NRW labor courts . It has 15 chambers .

Seat and District of the Court

The court has its seat in Düsseldorf at Ludwig-Erhard-Allee 21 .

The Düsseldorf Labor Court is locally responsible for legal disputes from the city of Düsseldorf and the Mettmann district (excluding Heiligenhaus , Velbert and Wülfrath ). The factual jurisdiction results from the Labor Court Act .

Superior courts

The Düsseldorf Regional Labor Court and the Federal Labor Court are superordinate to the Düsseldorf Labor Court.
