Regional Labor Court Hamm
The Regional Labor Court Hamm is a court of the labor courts and next to the Regional Labor Court of Dusseldorf and the Regional Labor Court in Cologne is one of three regional labor courts (LAG) of the federal state of North Rhine-Westphalia . It has 18 chambers .
Judicial district
The LAG Hamm is based in Hamm . Around 8.5 million people live in the around 20,000 km² judicial district with 231 communities and nine independent cities . The judicial district is located in the Westphalian (eastern) part of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia . As with every regional labor court, only the federal labor court is superordinate to the LAG Hamm . The labor courts of Arnsberg , Bielefeld , Bocholt , Bochum , Detmold , Dortmund , Gelsenkirchen , Hagen , Hamm , Herford , Herne , Iserlohn , Minden , Münster , Paderborn , Rheine and Siegen are subordinate .
As the intermediate authority of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia, the Hamm Regional Labor Court also oversees the employees at the lower courts.
history
The Hamm Regional Labor Court was established in 1946. Since 1978 the court has been housed in the new 94 Marker Allee building.
Holger Schrade has been President of the Hamm Regional Labor Court since August 1, 2013 . He is the successor to Kristina Göhle-Sander, who retired at the end of July 2013.
