Hamburg Regional Labor Court
The Hamburg State Labor Court (LAG Hamburg) is the higher court of the State of Hamburg in the field of labor jurisdiction . It is one of the 18 state labor courts in Germany. The seat of the court is Hamburg.
Judicial district
The LAG Hamburg is locally responsible for the area of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg.
Superordinate and subordinate courts
The Hamburg Labor Court is subordinate to the Federal Labor Court in Erfurt .
President of the Court
President of the court has been Helmut Nause since 2007 , who replaced Henning Kirsch , who is retiring . Its predecessor was Wilfried Weihrauch. The vice-president is Birgit Vosskühler .
building
The building, which today houses the regional labor court and the labor court, was built in 1910–1912 according to plans by Albert Erbe as the Schleidenstrasse elementary school for the then rapidly growing district of Barmbek.
