Hamburg-Barmbek District Court
The Hamburg-Barmbek District Court is one of the district courts in the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg . The regional court of Hamburg and the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court in Hamburg as well as the Federal Court of Justice in Karlsruhe are superordinate in the instance .
The court was established on April 1, 2002 as a district court (see Hamburg District Court ) for the north-east of Hamburg.

The seat of the court is at Spohrstraße 6 in Barmbek-Süd.
Its local jurisdiction extends to the districts:

- Barmbek-Süd with the exception of the district 418 (west of Bachstrasse)
