The Social Court Hamburg (SG Hamburg) is the lower court of the State of Hamburg in the field of social justice . It is one of the 69 social courts in Germany. The seat of the court is Hamburg. The offices of the social court are located at Dammtorstraße 7 in downtown Hamburg.

Judicial district

The SG Hamburg is locally responsible for the area of ​​the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg.

The regional social court in Hamburg and the federal social court in Kassel are superordinate in the instance .
