The labor court victories , shortly ArbG victories , a court of the labor courts is one of thirty labor courts (Labor Court) North Rhine-Westphalia . It has three chambers .

Seat and District of the Court

The court has its seat in the district town of Siegen . The 1,841 km² judicial district extends to the districts of Olpe and Siegen-Wittgenstein with around 427,000 inhabitants. A court day is held in the building of the Olpe District Court , which includes the towns of Olpe , Attendorn , Drolshagen , Lennestadt and the communities of Wenden , Finnentrop and Kirchhundem .

The court was housed in the Lower Palace for 38 years until 2014 , but it is now used by the University of Siegen . In 2014, the labor court was temporarily located in the district court building for six months before it moved to its current location at Koblenzer Straße 7.

Superior courts

The Hamm Regional Labor Court and the Federal Labor Court are superordinate to the ArbG Siegen .
