Labor Court Oberhausen

The Labor Court Oberhausen , a court of labor courts , is one of the thirty NRW labor courts . It has four chambers .

Seat and District of the Court

The court has its seat in Oberhausen at Friedrich-List-Straße 18 .

The Oberhausen Labor Court is locally responsible for legal disputes from the city of Oberhausen and the city of Mülheim an der Ruhr . The factual jurisdiction results from the Labor Court Act .

Superior courts

The Düsseldorf Regional Labor Court and, in the further course of action, the Federal Labor Court are superordinate to the Oberhausen Labor Court.
