Labor Court Hamm
The Hamm Labor Court is a court of first instance of labor jurisdiction in North Rhine-Westphalia . It has four chambers .
Seat and District of the Court
The seat of the court is the urban district of Hamm . In addition to Hamm, the judicial district of the Hamm Labor Court includes the area of the cities and communities Werl , Welver , Soest , Lippetal , Wickede (Ruhr) , Bad Sassendorf , Ense , Möhnesee , Warstein , Rüthen , Lippstadt , Erwitte , Geseke and Anröchte . For first-instance proceedings from the cities and communities of Lippstadt, Erwitte, Geseke and Anröchte, a court day takes place in the Lippstadt District Court .
Superior courts
The Hamm Regional Labor Court and the Federal Labor Court are superordinate to the Hamm Labor Court.

The labor court is housed together with the Hamm regional labor court in the 94 Marker Allee court building.
