Labor and Regional Labor Court Hamm

The Hamm Labor Court is a court of first instance of labor jurisdiction in North Rhine-Westphalia . It has four chambers .

Seat and District of the Court

The seat of the court is the urban district of Hamm . In addition to Hamm, the judicial district of the Hamm Labor Court includes the area of ​​the cities and communities Werl , Welver , Soest , Lippetal , Wickede (Ruhr) , Bad Sassendorf , Ense , Möhnesee , Warstein , Rüthen , Lippstadt , Erwitte , Geseke and Anröchte . The Hamm Regional Labor Court and the Federal Labor Court are superordinate to the Hamm Labor Court.
