Solingen Labor Court

The Labor Court Solingen , a court of labor courts , is one of the thirty NRW labor courts . It has four chambers .

Seat and District of the Court

The court has its seat in Solingen at Wupperstrasse 32 .

The Solingen Labor Court is locally responsible for legal disputes from Solingen and Wermelskirchen . Foreign court days are held in Leverkusen by the Solingen Labor Court . Legal disputes from Leverkusen, Burscheid and Leichlingen (Rhineland) are negotiated there. The factual jurisdiction results from the Labor Court Act .

Superior courts

The Düsseldorf Regional Labor Court and, in the further course of action, the Federal Labor Court are superordinate to the Solingen Labor Court.
