Lippstadt District Court

The Lippstadt District Court is a court of ordinary jurisdiction and one of six district courts in the district of the Paderborn District Court .

Seat and District of the Court

The seat of the court is Lippstadt in North Rhine-Westphalia . The judicial district includes the communities Anröchte , Erwitte , Geseke and Lippstadt.

Superordinate and subordinate courts

The Regional Court of Paderborn is superordinate to the Lippstadt District Court. The competent higher regional court is the higher regional court Hamm .
