The Höxter District Court is a court of ordinary jurisdiction and one of six district courts in the district of the Paderborn District Court . The district court is housed in the former "von Uffeln'schen Adelshof". The building in its current form goes back to a renovation between 1594 and 1610, but is of older origin.

Seat and District of the Court

The seat of the court is Höxter in North Rhine-Westphalia . The judicial district includes the three cities of Beverungen , Höxter and Marienmünster .

Superordinate and subordinate courts

The District Court of Paderborn is superordinate to the Höxter District Court. The competent higher regional court is the higher regional court Hamm .
