The Brakel District Court is a court of ordinary jurisdiction and one of six district courts in the district of the Paderborn District Court . The district court of Brakel is the responsible agricultural court for the district court districts of Brakel and Höxter .

Seat and District of the Court

The seat of the court is Brakel in North Rhine-Westphalia . The judicial district includes the municipalities of Bad Driburg , Brakel, Nieheim and Steinheim .

Superordinate and subordinate courts

The District Court of Paderborn is superordinate to the Brakel District Court. The competent higher regional court is the higher regional court Hamm .
