Jürgen vom Stein

Jürgen vom Stein (* 1961 ) is a German court president.

Life

After studying and doing his doctorate in labor law, Jürgen vom Stein initially worked as a lawyer before joining the judiciary in 1993. Until 1998 he worked as a judge at the Bonn Regional Court and then moved to the Ministry of Justice of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia , where he had been the Head Ministerial Councilor since 2006. On November 7, 2007, he was appointed President of the Düsseldorf Regional Labor Court , and in 2010 he became President of the Cologne Regional Labor Court .

Jürgen vom Stein is a member of the CDU. From 2006 to 2009 he was a deputy knowledgeable citizen in the shareholders' meeting and on the supervisory board of the Wermelskirchen GmbH hospital. He is married and has two children.
