Thuringian State Social Court
The Thuringian State Social Court is a social justice court and the State Social Court (LSG) of the Free State of Thuringia .
Seat and District of the Court
The court has its seat in the state capital Erfurt . The judicial district covers the area of the entire state . Almost 2.3 million people live in it.
Courthouse
The court has been housed in the Erfurt Justice Center at Rudolfstrasse 46 since 2001 . The justice center, located in the Brühl district , was built in 1999. For this purpose, a production building of the former office machine manufacturer Optima was converted.
Superordinate and subordinate courts
The Federal Social Court is superordinate to the Thuringian State Social Court. Subordinate courts are the social courts Altenburg , Gotha , Meiningen and Nordhausen .
