The Thuringian State Social Court is a social justice court and the State Social Court (LSG) of the Free State of Thuringia .

The court has been housed in the Erfurt Justice Center at Rudolfstrasse 46 since 2001 . The justice center, located in the Brühl district , was built in 1999. For this purpose, a production building of the former office machine manufacturer Optima was converted.

The Federal Social Court is superordinate to the Thuringian State Social Court. Subordinate courts are the social courts Altenburg , Gotha , Meiningen and Nordhausen .
