The regional social court (LSG) has its seat in Stuttgart . The judicial district covers the entire area of the state of Baden-Württemberg.
Courthouse
The courthouse is located at Hauffstrasse 5 in 70190 Stuttgart. It was rebuilt as part of the merger of several court departments and moved into in 1991. It also houses the Stuttgart District Court .
President
Bernd Mutschler has been President of the Baden-Württemberg Regional Social Court since March 2018 . He succeeded Heike Haseloff-Grupp .

The Federal Social Court is superior to the court . Subordinate courts are the eight social courts of Freiburg , Heilbronn , Karlsruhe , Constance , Mannheim , Reutlingen , Stuttgart and Ulm .
