The Heilbronn Social Court is a social justice court . The court is one of eight social courts in Baden-Württemberg and is based in Heilbronn .

Judicial district and higher courts

The Heilbronn Social Court is locally responsible for the Heilbronn district , the Heilbronn district , the Hohenlohe district , the Ludwigsburg district , the Schwäbisch Hall district and the Main-Tauber district . The factual jurisdiction results from the Social Court Act .

At the state level, the Baden-Württemberg State Social Court in Stuttgart is the higher-level court. The Federal Social Court , located in Kassel, is superordinate to this.

Courthouse

The courthouse was located on Erhardgasse for a long time , but then moved to Paulinenstraße because of the renovation of this building .
