Social Court Constance

The social court in Konstanz is a court of social justice . The court is one of eight social courts in Baden-Württemberg and is based in Constance .

The court building of the Konstanz social court is located at Webersteig 5 .

Judicial district and higher courts

The Konstanz Social Court is locally responsible for the Lake Constance district , the Konstanz district , the Ravensburg district and the Sigmaringen district. The factual jurisdiction results from the Social Court Act .

At the state level, the Baden-Württemberg State Social Court in Stuttgart is the higher-level court. The Federal Social Court , located in Kassel, is superordinate to this.
