Freiburg Social Court

The Freiburg Social Court is a social justice court . The court is one of eight social courts in Baden-Württemberg and is based in Freiburg .

Courthouse

The courthouse is located at Habsburgerstrasse 127 .

Judicial district and higher courts

The court is locally responsible for the city of Freiburg , the Breisgau-Hochschwarzwald district , the Emmendingen district , the Lörrach district , the Ortenau district and the Waldshut district. The factual jurisdiction results from the Social Court Act .

At the state level, the Baden-Württemberg State Social Court in Stuttgart is the higher-level court. The Federal Social Court , located in Kassel, is superordinate to this.
