Social Court Ulm

The Ulm Social Court is a social justice court . The court is one of eight social courts in Baden-Württemberg and is based in Ulm .

The court building of the social court in Ulm is located at Zeughausgasse 12 .

Judicial district and higher courts

The Ulm Social Court is locally responsible for the Ulm district , the Alb-Donau district , the Biberach district , the Göppingen district , the Heidenheim district and the Ostalb district. The factual jurisdiction results from the Social Court Act .

At the state level, the Baden-Württemberg State Social Court in Stuttgart is the higher-level court. The Federal Social Court , located in Kassel, is superordinate to this.
