State Social Court of Saxony-Anhalt
The State Social Court of Saxony-Anhalt is a German social justice court .
Seat and District of the Court
The regional social court has its seat in Halle (Saale) . The judicial district corresponds to the area of the federal state of Saxony-Anhalt .
Courthouse
Housed is the court in the Justice Center Hall in the Thüringerstraße 16 together with the Regional Labor Court of Saxony-Anhalt , the Halle administrative court , the social hall of justice , the Labor Court Hall and the district court Halle Saale district and the prosecutor hall.

Acting President of the Regional Social Court is Michael Fock .
Instance move
The higher-level court of the regional social court is the federal social court . The three social courts of the state of Saxony-Anhalt in Dessau-Roßlau, Halle (Saale) and Magdeburg are subordinate . The former Stendal Social Court was repealed by Section 4 of the Law on the Reorganization of Court Structures of February 14, 2008 at the end of October 31, 2010. The district of the dissolved court was added to the district of the Magdeburg Social Court.
