Administrative court in Halle
The Halle Administrative Court , a court of administrative jurisdiction , is one of two administrative courts in Saxony-Anhalt . It is based in Halle (Saale) . Kristina Kubon is the president.
On January 1, 2009, the Halle Administrative Court merged with the Dessau Administrative Court and took over its judicial district.
Judicial district
After the merger, the judicial district comprises the cities of Halle (Saale) and Dessau-Roßlau as well as the districts of Saalekreis , districts of Mansfeld-Südharz , Burgenlandkreis , Anhalt-Bitterfeld and Wittenberg .
Instance move
The Higher Administrative Court of the State of Saxony-Anhalt with its seat in Magdeburg is superordinate to the administrative court. This is subordinate to the Federal Administrative Court in Leipzig .
Courthouse
The court is housed in the justice center in Halle on Thüringer Strasse .
