The Magdeburg Administrative Court , a court of administrative jurisdiction , is one of two administrative courts in Saxony-Anhalt . President is Helmut Engels.

Judicial district

The judicial district includes the city of Magdeburg and the districts of Altmarkkreis Salzwedel , Stendal , Börde , Harz , Salzland and Jerichower Land . The court is also the asylum court for the state of Saxony-Anhalt.

Instance move

The Higher Administrative Court of the State of Saxony-Anhalt with its seat in Magdeburg is superordinate to the administrative court. This is subordinate to the Federal Administrative Court in Leipzig .

Courthouse

The court is housed in the Magdeburg Justice Center Eike von Repgow in the street Breiter Weg .
