Social Court Halle

The Social Hall of Justice is a court of social justice . It is one of four social courts in Saxony-Anhalt and is based in Halle (Saale) .

Courthouse

The social court is located in the Halle Justice Center at Thüringer Strasse 16 . The State Social Court of Saxony-Anhalt is also located there.

Superior courts and judicial district

The Halle Social Court is locally responsible for the city of Halle (Saale) , the Burgenlandkreis , the Saalekreis and the Mansfeld-Südharz district. The factual jurisdiction results from the Social Court Act .

The State Social Court of Saxony-Anhalt is superordinate to the Social Court in Halle . This is subordinate to the Federal Social Court in Kassel .
