Justice Center Eike von Repgow

The Social Court Magdeburg is a court of social justice based in the state capital Magdeburg . It is one of three social courts in Saxony-Anhalt (after the Stendal Social Court was closed in 2010 and its judicial district Magdeburg was added).

The social court has its seat in the justice center Eike von Repgow at Breiten Weg 203-206 .

Superior courts and judicial district

That court Magdeburg is localized for the city of Magdeburg , the Harz district , the Salzlandkreis and the Börde district , the Altmark Salzwedel , Stendal , Jerichower Land district responsible . The factual jurisdiction results from the Social Court Act .

The State Social Court of Saxony-Anhalt in Halle (Saale) is superordinate to the Magdeburg Social Court. This is subordinate to the Federal Social Court in Kassel .
