Stendal Social Court

The Social Court Stendal was a court of social justice . It was one of four social courts in Saxony-Anhalt and had its seat in Stendal . It was repealed on November 1, 2010. The entire judicial district was assigned to the Magdeburg Social Court .

Courthouse

The social court had its seat in the justice center "Albrecht the Bear" at Schulstrasse 5 .

Judicial district and superior court

The Stendal social court was locally responsible for the Altmark district of Salzwedel , the district of Stendal and the district of Jerichower Land . The factual jurisdiction results from the Social Court Act .

The State Social Court of Saxony-Anhalt in Halle (Saale) was superordinate to the Stendal Social Court.
