Baden-Württemberg Finance Court
The Finance Court of Baden-Württemberg is the only tax court in the state of Baden-Württemberg .
Seat and District of the Court
The tax court (FG) has its seat in Stuttgart . Foreign senates are located in Freiburg . Until September 30, 2008 there was also a branch in Karlsruhe . The judicial district corresponds to the area of the entire state.
Courthouse
The finance court is located in Stuttgart in the property Börsenstrasse 6 ; the external senate in Freiburg can be found at Gresserstraße 21 .
Instance move
Since the financial jurisdiction is structured in two stages, the financial court of Baden-Württemberg is a higher regional court according to § 2 FGO , but nevertheless acts as the court of entry in the first instance. The Federal Fiscal Court in Munich is subordinate to it .
