The Finance Court of the State of Saxony-Anhalt is the only financial court of the State of Saxony-Anhalt .
Seat and District of the Court
The Finance Court (FG) has its seat in Dessau-Roßlau ; the judicial district corresponds to the area of the entire state.
The court was housed in rented premises on Antoinettenstrasse in Dessau. On October 29, 2007, the company moved to Willy-Lohmann-Straße 29, today's Justice Center Anhalt . On March 10, 2010, the location at Mariannenstrasse 35 was put into operation.
Instance move
Like all finance courts, the FG of the State of Saxony-Anhalt is also in the rank of a higher regional court, but is nonetheless the court of entry, i.e. first instance jurisdiction. The Federal Fiscal Court in Munich is subordinate to it .
