Munich Finance Court

The Munich Finance Court is one of two finance courts in the Free State of Bavaria . It is headed by Vice President Peter Röll.

Seat and District of the Court

The Munich Finance Court (FG) has its seat in Munich and is locally responsible for the administrative districts of Upper Bavaria , Lower Bavaria and Swabia .

Courthouse

The Munich Finance Court is located at Ismaninger Straße 95, 81675 Munich in the Mayor's Garden .

In Augsburg four exist outside Senate in Frohsinnstraße 21, 86150 Augsburg .

Instances

Since the financial jurisdiction has a two-tier structure, the Munich Finance Court is the first and only factual instance . As with all finance courts, the higher-level court is the Federal Finance Court .
