Würzburg Labor Court

In the first instance, the Würzburg Labor Court processes all incoming labor law cases from the Lower Franconia district . In addition to the main court in Würzburg , external chambers are maintained in Aschaffenburg and Schweinfurt .

The court currently (as of 2/2018) has eleven chambers. The assignment of a case to a chamber results from the business allocation plan. After allocation to the places of jurisdiction, allocation takes place according to the point in time at which the proceedings are received. The chamber concerned results from the first digit of the assigned file number.

The court of appeal is the Nuremberg Regional Labor Court .

Courthouse

The Würzburg Labor Court has its seat at Ludwigstrasse 33. The Würzburg Social Court is also located in the same building .

Superior courts

The Nuremberg Regional Labor Court is superordinate to the labor court . The Federal Labor Court in Erfurt , whose seat was Kassel until 1999, is of higher priority .
