Social Court Würzburg

The Social Court of Würzburg is a court of the Bavarian social justice system . It consists of 15 chambers .

Place of jurisdiction and district

The social court has its seat in Würzburg . It is responsible for the administrative district of Lower Franconia with the districts of Aschaffenburg , Bad Kissingen , Haßberge , Kitzingen , Main-Spessart , Miltenberg , Rhön-Grabfeld , Schweinfurt , Würzburg and the independent cities of Aschaffenburg, Schweinfurt and Würzburg.

Jurisdiction

The SG Würzburg is responsible for the proceedings in its district in the first instance . There is also special responsibility for proceedings arising from the German-Portuguese social security agreement , for which the German Pension Insurance Lower Franconia is the liaison office .
