Augsburg Social Court
The Augsburg Social Court (SG) is a Bavarian social justice court . It currently comprises 19 chambers. The social court has its seat in Augsburg at the property at Holbeinstrasse 12 . The judicial district includes the administrative district of Swabia .
Jurisdiction
Like all social courts, the Augsburg Social Court is responsible for the first-instance social justice proceedings in its district. There is also special responsibility for proceedings arising from the German-Italian social security agreement , for which the State Insurance Institute Schwaben is the liaison office. In addition, in Bavaria , the social court in Munich is exclusively responsible for matters relating to miners ' insurance and questions regarding the approval of doctors for statutory medical care .
