The Social Court Nuremberg is a court of the Bavarian Social Jurisdiction . It currently consists of 22 chambers.

Place of jurisdiction and district

The social court has its seat in Nuremberg . It is responsible for the district of Middle Franconia with the districts of Ansbach , Erlangen-Höchstadt , Fürth , Neustadt adAisch-Bad Windsheim , Nürnberger Land , Roth , Weißenburg-Gunzenhausen , as well as the independent cities of Ansbach , Erlangen , Fürth , Nuremberg and Schwabach .

Jurisdiction

The Nuremberg Social Court is the first instance responsible for the proceedings in its district . The Nuremberg Social Court is also responsible for matters relating to the admission of doctors to contract medical care for the districts of the Bayreuth and Würzburg social courts .
