Landshut Social Court

The Social Court of Landshut is a court of the Bavarian Social Jurisdiction . It consists of 16 chambers.

Seat and District of the Court

The social court has its seat in Landshut . It is responsible for the administrative district of Lower Bavaria with the districts of Landshut, Dingolfing-Landau , the district of Deggendorf , the district of Freyung-Grafenau , the district of Kelheim , the district of Regen , the district of Passau , the district of Rottal-Inn , Straubing-Bogen and the independent cities of Landshut, Passau and Straubing .

Jurisdiction

The SG Landshut is responsible for the proceedings in its district in the first instance . According to the agreement on social security between Germany and the successor states of Yugoslavia , the Deutsche Rentenversicherung Bayern Süd is the liaison office for those states. All disputes arising from these agreements fall under the jurisdiction of the Landshut Social Court as a special jurisdiction.
