District court Ebersberg
The Ebersberg District Court is a court of ordinary jurisdiction and one of 73 district courts in Bavaria . The seat of the court is at Bahnhofstrasse 19 in Ebersberg .
Area of jurisdiction and higher courts
The jurisdiction of the district court Ebersberg extends to all communities in the district of Ebersberg , u. a. the cities of Ebersberg and Grafing near Munich . The District Court of Munich II is superordinate to the District Court of Ebersberg , which in turn is the Higher Regional Court of Munich .
