The district court of Miesbach is a court of ordinary jurisdiction and one of eight district courts (AG) in the district of the district court Munich II .

Seat and District of the Court

The seat of the court is the district town of Miesbach in Upper Bavaria . The 863 km² judicial district extends to the Miesbach district with around 97,000 inhabitants.

The trade and association registers are kept at the Munich District Court . For foreclosure , receivership and bankruptcy proceedings is District Court Wolfratshausen responsible. The Coburg District Court processes dunning procedures as the central dunning court .
