Burgmannshofen is a church village and part of the municipality of Marxheim in the Donau-Ries district in the administrative district of Swabia ( Bavaria ).
The hamlet Übersfeld belongs to the district .
history
Burgmannshofen with its district of Übersfeld was an independent municipality in the district of Donauwörth until July 1, 1972 and on that day it was added to the district of Donau-Ries, which was called the district of Nördlingen-Donauwörth until May 1, 1973 , and in the community of Marxheim incorporated.

There are two listed buildings in Burgmannshofen.
On the one hand there is the Catholic branch church Sankt Gertrud from the 12th or 13th century. It is a basically Romanesque choir tower church . In 1711 it was redesigned in Baroque style and a sacristy added.
The way chapel Maria an der Straße is also a listed building. It dates from the second half of the 20th century.
