Kazuhiko Nishi

Kazuhiko Nishi ( Japanese西 和 彦, Nishi Kazuhiko ; born February 10, 1956 in Kobe , Japan ) is a former Microsoft employee and developer of the MSX standard for home computers .

Nishi worked for Microsoft until 1986 as Vice President of the Far East operations .

He then worked for the ASCII Corporation he founded and developed the MSX standard together with the NEC managing director Kazuya Watanabe . He is a member of various board areas, including the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications and the Ministry of International Trade and Industry . He is also President of the MSX Association, an organization that is concerned with the further development of the MSX standard. He is currently the headmaster of Suma Gakuen High School in Kobe , Japan
