Kelly Reno (born June 19, 1966 in Pueblo , Colorado ) was an American film actor in his childhood .

Life

Reno grew up as the son of the farmer husband Bud and Ruth Reno. Since he could walk, Reno could ride too . This was probably one of the reasons why he got his first film role in The Black Stallion in 1979 at the age of 13 .

Although his parents supported him in his venture to be an actor , working on the film set was not very conducive to the Reno family life. Therefore decided Reno to only three other film projects, including the 1983 sequel produced The Black Stallion Returns , once the high school to attend.

After graduating, he wanted to make more films, but a traffic accident in which his pickup truck was rammed into a truck ruined all plans. The rehabilitation took too long and Reno had permanent scars so that he could not have had a future in show business.

The young man in his early 20s had no choice but to take over his parents' farm. After 15 years as a farmer, Reno works today (as of September 2001) as a truck driver for the Wagner Rental Company . The ironic thing is that he is driving an eighteen-wheeled truck; a similar vehicle had once ended its acting career.

Reno has been married three times so far. In 1986 he married Lynette Tuttle, with whom he has three children. But the marriage ended in divorce in 1996. In 1998 Reno remarried, but this second marriage to Anette Crumb was also divorced in 2005. Reno has been married to Dawn Hickey since 2007.
